Top 3 On How To Meet Pattaya Girls

Meeting Pattaya Girls Outside the Bars
Most of us guys consider bars the best place to meet Pattaya girls. Ok, for many it's probably just as much about having a drink in an open air beer bar or a laugh with your friends, but for actually meeting girls, attractive, smart girls, I think it's a pretty bad idea really. Many guys get dismayed at the competition, which is most of the time 5-10 to one.
In fact, there are different methods to meet these famous Pattaya girls. Meeting girls outside a bar is always different from meeting them inside one.
The thing is, when these girls go to work, you will inevitably be put in the customer 'box'. That's her job. She is employed to sell drinks. If she didn't do that, then she could lose her job. The thing is, most of us don't really want to be the customer.

I've found that there's a huge difference in meeting Pattaya girls in or outside the bars. Inside the bar she can be quite the tease, a naughty vixen, but take the same girl outside the bar and watch her turn into a coy ordinary Thai girl who will get nervous and giggly if she likes you and you show her a good time. I prefer that.
Why is that most guys seem to think that bars are the only place to meet women? There's literally women everywhere!
Particularly in Pattaya, in fact, I bet if you look 20 meters in each direction there's an attractive Pattaya girl you would like to meet. And the truth is, it is so easy to meet them. Thai girls are way too polite to be rude to any guy who strikes up an innocent, polite situation. I've gotten so many phone numbers and dates off Pattaya girls, just be smiling and make some small talk.
Meeting Pattaya Girls Online
Pattaya is a unique holiday destination and retirement paradise for hundreds of thousands of men from around the world. Most come for the bars and gogos, the beach and of course the beautiful Pattaya girls. There are also a lot of expats and retirees who have chosen to make Pattaya their home.
If you're on a one or two week holiday, then the bars and gogos are probably enough to keep you occupied, but seasoned vets to Pattaya and those that live there may discover that the bars are not always the best place to meet a Pattaya girl that you want to be in a relationship with. Some guys also get a bit tired of the same bars and chat up lines. If you're on of those guys or you would just like to meet a 'good' Thai girl then online dating could be just the right thing.
I know it may be hard to believe if you spend most of your time in bars, but many Thai women are actually very traditional and they are simply to shy to go to a Western style bar or club on Walking Street. I've talked to many Pattaya girls working in restaurants, hotels, tourism and offices who always complain that they can't meet a western gentlemen because most seem to gravitate towards the beer bars. These are attractive, smart girls, who would be happy to date a foreigner but they are not going to be out partying with the rest of us.

I've introduced many of these girls to online dating and helped them set up profiles. Many of these women feel much bolder online than they do in real life. On the streets, she wouldn't dream about doing anything more than sending a shy smile to a man she likes - and most foreigners don't even see it! - but online she has no problems making the first contact. The result is, as I've witnessed, many happy relationships and a few marriages to boot.
If you want to meet good Thai girls online, check out this ThaiLoveLinks review and also get the Pattaya Girls book which is a great guide to getting out of the bars and meeting Pattaya girls everywhere, everytime.
... And Pattaya Bar Girls - Again?
If you're going to Pattaya, then you're probably very interested in getting to know what you can expect of this amazing Thai seaside resort. You're also excited about the possibility of meeting a beautiful Pattaya bar girl.
Pattaya is one of a kind, it's a place that lives by its own rules and norms. There are no Western morals here, but is that good or bad? You decide. I'll clue you in on what to expect though.
Pattaya is famous for many things: The beach, the weather, but mostly for the nightlife and the beautiful Pattaya girls. Pattaya has a vibrant and exciting nightlife that is not found anywhere else. There are the typical outdoor beer bars, clubs and discos, gogo style bars and lots more. Anywhere you go, you will meet beautiful Thai women
sending you smiles, which if reciprocated can sometimes lead to fiery and intense love stories.
The girls in Pattaya come from all over Thailand, but mostly from the North Eastern region of Thailand called Isaan.
This region is mostly agricultural with many small farms and towns. There are of course a few larger cities such as Khon Kaen and Udon Thani, but village life is still the norm. That is also where most Pattaya bar girls come from.
It's tough to move up the social ladder if you're born in Isaan. Most of the time, your choice is between hard work on the farm or take a low paying job in a factory, store or office. It's easy to see why Pattaya, with its shiny lights and neon glow can be such a draw.
Many Thai girls know someone who have gone to Pattaya to work in the bars or hotels and then they suddenly show up one day with a foreign boyfriend. They now have nice clothes and expensive cell phone and have travelled to places that most in Isaan have only seen in TV or read about. Naturally, that's going to be exciting for a young girl and so the cycle goes.
It's important to understand this, if you're going to be in a relationship with a Pattaya bar girl. Can you handle the expectation of not only girlfriend but also her family? The Pattaya beer bars are great fun, but they're not the best place to look for love in Pattaya. There are so many girls who do not work in bars or even go there who would like to meet a Western gentleman.

Pattaya: Much More Than Meets The Eye

What can one say about Pattaya? The ubiquitous T shirt says it all really. "Good boys go to Heaven, bad boys go to Pattaya." This sleepy fishing town exploded into life during the Vietnam war, when it became the destination of thousands of G.I.s in search of some R & R. With the plethora of "rich" American soldiers, the girls soon flocked here in large numbers and today thousands of girls work in the bars, clubs and massage parlours that are everywhere in Pattaya. It has become known as the middle aged man's playground, but that is a shame because Pattaya and its surrounding area has so much more to offer.

Move away from Walking Street and the area of downtown Pattaya and just 3 km south is Jomtien Beach. This is much more upmarket and classy hotels and condos line the beautiful beach. Jomtien is known for its watersports and jet skis and para-sails are busy all day long. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Jomtien, serving some of the finest sea food you will ever taste. A short stretch of Jomtien Beach known as Dongtan Beach is Pattaya's only recognised gay beach.
A 15 minute car ride south of Jomtien and you will find Bang Saray Beach This quiet beautiful beach is a haven where visitors can sit under the palm trees, watching the sun go down whilst eating beautiful Thai food served by small open air restaurants. Lie back on the colourful rugs provided and let the world simply pass you by. Watching the sun go down over the bay is one of my favourite pastimes when in this part of the world.
Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Gardens offers visitors to the area a very pleasant day out. This 600 acre site was originally bought in 1954 as a fruit plantation but the owners planted tropical plants, flowers and trees instead. It opened its doors to the general public in 1980 and has gone from strength to strength. In addition to the substantial gardens there are also elephant shows and kick boxing demonstrations. Open air buses ferry customers around, stopping at all of the viewing points for that all important photo opportunity.
Close to the shoreline of Pattaya lie some interesting islands. They have been given names like Near Island and Far Island but these are only for tourism reasons. Visitors wishing to see them can take a ferry or if you are not on a budget, hire a speedboat for the day and hop from one to another. Near Island takes less than 15 minutes if travel by speedboat. Beach restaurants supply food and ryou can eally get away from Pattaya's crowded sea front.
Underwater World is a first rate aquarium where visitors can see close up the marine life that inhabits the waters around this whole region. The highlight of this attraction is the 100 metre long "glass" tunnel which offers visitors a very genuine under water experience. Well worth a visit, Underwater World has gained world wide recognition.
So if you find yourself in or around Pattaya and the thousands of beer bars are not your scene, don't despair, there is plenty to sea and do in this part of Thailand.

Pattaya Is Re-Branding Itself

Pattaya, Thailand, is already known as one of those exotic places built for Westerner tourists who are eager to become half-time expats. One of those places where inhibitions are low, and pretty much everything goes. But, after the resort city has earned out this reputation, some of the city's property developers and tourism-related service suppliers are determined to work at enlarging it.
Today Pattaya strives to rebrand itself through an all-inclusive attitude of its property developers. From a place where everything goes, to the place where all conceivable lifestyles can be pursued with success. Crowding, meditation, go-go bars, watersports, third age retreats, golf courts, shopping sessions, quality education for your children - you name it and Pattaya would offer it. Service suppliers insist that all the world's traditions mingle here in the most peaceful way. Obviously, go-go bars cannot exist on the same streets with schools and hospitals. But developers realized they have a lot to gain if not all the expats they cater to are third age singles or young bachelors having endless fun.

People who want to do business here in Pattaya need to be encouraged, but business has more conventional aspects. People who want to spend quality time with their families need to be encouraged, but that means encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The developers' momentary answer to these problems is building massive resorts with inner courtyards where all sort of amenities is present. These amenities are styled and fashioned to support reclusive, formal or health-related activities, as well as all day long aquatic distractions for children. Some examples should convince you. The Zire Wongamat twin towers are being built to support different needs equally, those of businessmen being included; the Sanctuary Wongamat has managed to be a luxury beachfront hideaway in the middle of a noisy area; the Atlantis and the Amazon, both in Jomtien, will be ideal for water-loving families with children. As for families living here, foreign schools are already in town. The Pattaya City Resort, a gradual project occupying a large area in Western Pattaya, is a good choice for an inner city Pattaya family home, with its completely controlled environment including its own shopping area.
Pattaya City cannot avoid its inner conflicts for now. It still is far from what a naturally developing urban area would offer. It still is an artificially built place where affordable hotels, condo buildings, bars and shows for people willing to spend on leisure are jammed. But "affordability", the sacred, miracle word that gave birth to Pattaya resort area is likely to operate further changes. Now, the affordability of leisure is gradually turning into the affordability of living here in general. Since the resort was born, record numbers of expats keep coming back, before finally deciding to live here, at least several months every year. For now, Pattaya's success as a touristic destination is combining with the overall local offer, and that will further urbanize the resort.

Pattaya: All About Walking Street

Pattaya's most titillating (and some would say infamous) tourist attraction is simply called "Walking Street." And like other red light districts around the world - think Amsterdam's de Pijp or Mexico's Zona Norte - Pattaya's Walking Street is full of as much sex and sin as you would expect from any area demarked by legal brothels and street prostitution.
But what sets Walking Street apart from most other RLDs is the over-the-top nature of this street, and the wide variety of fun, and for the most part, wholesome set of activities offered.
From the south end of Beach Road (highlighted by a huge Samsung signboard) to the Bali Hai Pier terminus, you will find foreigners as well as Thai nationals all enjoying what Walking Street has to offer from 6pm to 2am - 365 days a year. This unique part of Pattaya houses some of Thailand's best seafood and international cuisine restaurants, discotheques, sports bars, night clubs, go-go bars, and beer halls.

Here you will find street entertainers, souvenir shops, and a night market filled with everything imaginable, as well as bars filled with Thailand's most amazing ladyboys, as well as clubs blaring some of the best live music available. In short, Walking Street is one huge party zone.
Despite the wrap that Walking Street gets for being dangerous and sleazy, it is really a friendly place where even the shyest of visitors will be forced to smile by the outright forwardness of the local girls and boys. Pickpockets and bar scams do abound, but no more then in any other nightlife area of Thailand, so Walking Street is by no means a place to be avoided (but should be a place where you do watch your personal belongings at all times).
And the once notorious MapJack geomapping company has stopped the practice of photographing street views of Walking Street that included such images as tourista men dancing wildly in the street with, well, women of the street. So there is no longer a need to watch for candid cameras snapping images that wind up on the Internet.
But for camera-clicking tourists, the neo signs and sights of Walking Street offer a kaleidoscope of photographic possibilities. From the glowing main gate to the ocean waters reflecting Walking Street's flickering lights, there are images to be had like no other. The entire street becomes a pedestrian mall at night, and unlike Amsterdam's alluring window displays, taking snaps is quite OK here.
Walking Street's best of the best include the following: for disco, Mixx on the south end (located in the Bali Hai Plaza Shopping Center, 3rd floor) has great music and a separate hip-hop room for visiting DJs; and for an adult couple bar (where the entire club is not filled with lusting male patrons) try the Anglewitch Club.
For the best go-go bars, visit What's Up Agogo, Heavens Above, or the Beach Club. If it's a date that your after, dates abound in the Lucifer or Insomnia clubs. And for a new twist, try one of the many online Thai dating websites, where you can get a date even before you step one foot on Walking Street.
One of the more interesting new clubs on Walking Street is the Casino Club with its line-up of singing and dancing Coyote Girls. This style of bar dancing was made famous by the movie "Coyote Ugly," which in 2000 starred Piper Perabo and John Goodman in a tale of an aspiring singer coming out of her shell to tease men singing atop the bar, all the while serving drinks during the routine. Well, none of the Casino Club girls will ever get a Grammy for Best New Singer, but they will tease the heck out of anyone within reach.
And for any club that offers a show, Coyote or otherwise, here are a few tips: get a table or chair on the main floor nearest the stage, and don't be afraid to offer a 100 baht tip for that privilege. Also, ask for the common offer of "you buy a bottle of booze at the door, and all entrance fees are waived for your party."

Off-Plan Condominium Investments In Pattaya And Tips

Pattaya is a great place to work, live or to spend the holiday, besides these well known facts it is also a great and promising place to invest money beneficially in off-plan condominiums. There are attractive locations available and fine projects to invest in. Jomtien beach, Central Pattaya and Wongamat area are the most popular and attractive areas which offer quality developments from well established property developers on the Eastern Seaboard in Thailand.
You may ask why buying off-plan is beneficial. This is very simple most of the condominiums in Pattaya are already sold before the developers start to build. Plans are drawn by architects, EIA approval is in process and these conditions guarantee the buyer a huge profit when the project is completed. The risk that changes to plans could be requested to receive the EIA approval is present, yet when choosing an experienced developer with a good track record you can reduce this risk to nearly zero. Off-plan projects are always offered at a cheaper price and provide the opportunity to buy multiple units and then resell them for a higher price.

When you're planning to buy a condominium in Pattaya there are a few things to be aware off which I have listed below.
1. Choose the project wisely make sure to buy your condo from a firm that is well established and is in business for several years.
2. Do a background check to see how many condominiums and projects they have completed this is a very important issue to make sure that the investment is risk free.
3. Beach front areas like Jomtien beach are recommended, they are easy to resell or ideal for short time rentals (from 4 weeks on) for holidaymakers that spend their vacation in Pattaya.
4. Central city location of property developments are ideal to rent out for permanent residence to people that live and work in Pattaya and Eastern Seaboard.
5. Prior to buying a condo one important factor should be clarified, does the building provide easy access to public transport? This is a highly important issue for tenants or buyers. Easy access to public transport will make the property very attractive because the city center, the work place and popular locations can be reached fast.
6. Discounts are a very important thing you should discuss when buying a condo in this little beach paradise. Discounts may vary and are handled on a case by case base, however every property developer or real estate agent in Pattaya city will be able to give you an agreeable discount. So make sure to negotiate when buying and do not be shy.
7. Most of the condominium developers offer good contracts which you can trust. You do not have to make extra expenses to hire a lawyer for this purpose. Just make sure everything is listed as you like and ask for corrections when necessary.
The real estate industry in Pattaya is still booming and the city will expand until Bangsary in the next 10 years. It will be one of the biggest cities in Thailand after Bangkok with a well organized infrastructure. New train lines and a sky train in Pattaya are in planning.
